Welcome to phase 3 of Hobby Union development. In this phase, we have implemented an easier and convenient way to purchase from us. In the past, every customer's order are manually checked in reference with the stock inventory. However, as time goes by, this method proved to be inefficient which led to several stocks to be in incorrect quantities. Through our website, we hoped to minimize the lead time in preparing customer's order and inventory checking.

Previously, we would share our spreadsheet for customer to see the current inventory stocks for products. In our website, the remaining stocks for product will only be shown if they are less than 10 quantities left.

Starting from today, we will accommodate new system of payment for our ease of managing the order.

Our payment method are as follows:

1) Cash on delivery (COD) - Order will be paid in cash. This is applicable for meet-up delivery and in-store pickup. Please do inform in advance should any smaller changes are needed prior to cash payment.

2) Baiduri bank-in - Customer will be notified of the Baiduri bank account where the payment will be made.

3) BIBD bank-in - Customer will be notified of the Baiduri bank account where the payment will be made.

4) Brupay - Customer will be notified of the Brupay account/QR code where the payment will be made.

Our delivery method are as follows:

1) In-store pickup - Orders will be retrieved and paid in our homebase which usually opens on Sunday. This can be also done during our tournament session.

2) Meet-up point - Orders will be paid when we deliver to the customer at the agreed meet-up point. Please do inform in advance should any smaller changes are needed prior to cash payment.
